How it works
- Your first order is covered by our 30-day money-back guarantee.
- Contact us within 30 days of the delivery date through our and include your order number.
- We will refund the full product price of your first order to your original payment method. You do not need to send the product back.
- Refunds are processed within 5 business days of approval. Depending on your bank, it may take an additional 5–10 business days to appear on your statement.
What is covered
- The first order placed by each customer, including the first shipment of a subscription.
- One money-back guarantee per customer, household, and payment method.
What is not covered
- Second and later orders, including later subscription shipments. You can skip or cancel your subscription at any time from your account before your next order is processed.
- Requests made more than 30 days after delivery.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the item. We will send a free replacement or issue a full refund.
Lost Packages
If your package has not arrived within 30 days of the estimated delivery date, contact us and we will send a replacement or issue a full refund.
Subscriptions
You can skip, pause, or cancel your subscription at any time from your account. Cancellations take effect before your next scheduled order. Orders that have already been processed cannot be cancelled, but your first order remains covered by the 30-day money-back guarantee.
Address Issues
Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not able to refund orders returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, or packages that go unclaimed. We are happy to reship these orders once the address is confirmed; reshipping costs may apply.
