Shipping Policy
- Where we ship: We currently ship to addresses in the contiguous United States. We are not able to ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, APO/FPO addresses or outside the United States at this time.
- Shipping cost: Standard shipping is free on every order.
- Processing time: Orders are made to order in the USA and typically leave our facility within 1–3 business days.
- Delivery time: After shipping, orders usually arrive within 2–5 business days. Delivery times are estimates and may vary during holidays or carrier delays.
- Tracking: You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link once your order ships.
- Address changes: Please double-check your address at checkout. If you need to change it, contact us as soon as possible; we cannot change the address once an order has been processed.
- Lost or damaged packages: If your package is lost, damaged or arrives with the wrong item, contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date and we will send a replacement or issue a refund.
